About Me

My photo
A long time ago, I was a child. (I started out as Cathy First from Colon, Mi.) For the past several years I’ve been an adult. A lot of things went on between those two stages of life; probably no more or no less than anyone elses. My husband and I moved to “da U .P” from southern Lower Michigan several years ago (yes we were trolls at one time). We owned and operated and operate Clementz’s Northcountry Campground and Cabins just north of Newberry, Michigan until May 2015. We have grown kids and grandkids (who all live downstate). My passion is life and all that Nature has to offer us and trying to photograph it in unique ways. Our intention in life is to see all that Nature has to offer us. We hope that you will be a part of our adventures as we cruise through our lives together. Come back often!

THE NEW LOOK

You may have noticed the new layout of Yarns.  Hopefully you didn't think you were at the wrong spot and left!!

If you don't like THIS mosaic look, YOU can chose a different look.  Please click on this post and a new window will open so you can read the rest of this post.

There is a dropdown menu underneath the YOOPER YARNS title.  You can experiment and see which one you might prefer.  I've already had one person let me know that the mosaic look takes too long to load so therefore they can't visit my blog anymore.

So, please give it a try and let me know how it goes (by posting a comment).

Thanks!!!!

I liked your old format better. It was much easier to find and follow your current entries. I can no longer find the link to the blogs you followed. I used your blog to link to them so I could follow them also.
