About Me

My photo
A long time ago, I was a child. (I started out as Cathy First from Colon, Mi.) For the past several years I’ve been an adult. A lot of things went on between those two stages of life; probably no more or no less than anyone elses. My husband and I moved to “da U .P” from southern Lower Michigan several years ago (yes we were trolls at one time). We owned and operated and operate Clementz’s Northcountry Campground and Cabins just north of Newberry, Michigan until May 2015. We have grown kids and grandkids (who all live downstate). My passion is life and all that Nature has to offer us and trying to photograph it in unique ways. Our intention in life is to see all that Nature has to offer us. We hope that you will be a part of our adventures as we cruise through our lives together. Come back often!

HAPPY 1ST OF SEPTEMBER!

OK, time to put away the white jeans and white purses and all that white stuff, right?!  HA!  Who ever started that any way???

I don't have much to share with you today other than a one photo...possibly the owner won't want to claim these precious pets....

Let's see if the owner lays claim to these two ferocious hunters!

Yes, yes, yes they are mine ! And their eyes probably would get that big if they got that close to real live racoons...lol. Thank you so much for the picture, it's wonderful.

  4. Gary, I was hoping you wouldn't be upset over how they turned out! It wasn't a high resolution photo so I did the best I could! I'm glad you like it!

Joanna, I thought they were funny too!! And Gary did own up to being there "dad"!

  6. Gary, it is the infamous light at the end of the tunnel! Actually, it is a little tiny town in Georgia and I can't remember exactly where!
