Right now, I would have to say the answer to that question is "Just barely".
There is an on-going problem and it isn't just with OUR business. Our neighbors business is being affected by what ever is up with Wild Blue AND a fried of theirs to the north of us is having the exact same issues.
However, WB tells us ALL that it has to be our router! Each of us has a router go bad all at the same time??? They tell us that our satellites are aligned properly and pointed where they should be pointed, but we can pay someone $70.00 and come out and check it just to be sure.
Each of us are getting the same error message, the same situations and have all tried the same things...nothing is working and it is getting darn frustrating.
So, if anyone else is having any issues at all, please let us know.
