About Me

My photo
A long time ago, I was a child. (I started out as Cathy First from Colon, Mi.) For the past several years I’ve been an adult. A lot of things went on between those two stages of life; probably no more or no less than anyone elses. My husband and I moved to “da U .P” from southern Lower Michigan several years ago (yes we were trolls at one time). We owned and operated and operate Clementz’s Northcountry Campground and Cabins just north of Newberry, Michigan until May 2015. We have grown kids and grandkids (who all live downstate). My passion is life and all that Nature has to offer us and trying to photograph it in unique ways. Our intention in life is to see all that Nature has to offer us. We hope that you will be a part of our adventures as we cruise through our lives together. Come back often!

BE GONE WITH THEE!!!!

I got up the nerve to call about my laptop. I was so afraid that the Symantec issue had affected OTHER parts of the computer. After all the normal diagnostics, it appears the laptop IS OK. NORTON IS GONE AND AVG IS INSTALLED!!!

AND I am not the ONLY one that National had to rescue! It appears there were several businesses in the Soo area that had this same problem, only worse because it had affected their servers. Now THAT is bad. They too have dropped Norton and gone with AVG.

Live and learn...the HARD way!

  2. Joana, especially since all the problems I have had with the laptop since getting it! As soon as I get it home, then I will install that AVG on the desktop!

  3. I agree. Norton is awful. I think our large computer is slow because of it, too. I may have to have a geek squad come out and look at it too to get it back up to speed.
I am glad you are getting rid of your computer problems, I know how frustrating it can be!
